CRM & process systems
Tools that shorten the working day: enquiries, quotes, tasks and customer data in one place, with automated steps instead of a chain of spreadsheets.
Infrastructure, APIs & performance
REST APIs, hosting, DNS and Cloudflare, load times and Search Console. A project is not finished at launch — it is finished when it runs quietly in production.
Design & UI/UX
I design interfaces before I build them, in Figma or Adobe XD. Ten years of print and signage work first taught me that design has a job to do; it is not decoration.

A short version
I start with the task, not the tool
I was born in Iraq in 1993 and started at fifteen in a print and advertising workshop in Erbil: signs, façades, catalogues — and eventually the first websites for the same customers.
I came to Germany and learned German between 2015 and 2019, from A1 to B2, working alongside the courses. In 2020 I joined a Düsseldorf agency as a web developer and stayed six years, latterly as senior developer responsible for architecture, infrastructure and the team.
